General / Retail

No documents required. You will have access to purchase items open to the general public. Click on the registration link and fill out the form provided

Companies / Agencies / Associations

Documentation required for authorization, access to all items in which you have licenses to purchase. Click on the registration link and fill out the form provided

 Click the 'Forgot Password' link, enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to you.

Log into your account. You will be able to edit contact information, billing and shipping addresses, newsletter preferences and password.

If you wish to purchase items that are not available to the general public, you will need supply certain documentations. For more information on this, please contact store@asslstore.com.

Items you find in the store that you may want to purchase at a later date and can be converted into an order by moving the items to cart. Add these items to by clicking the heart icons as shown below:

Discount codes, also called coupon codes are special discounts that may come in the form of Free Shipping, 10% off, $100 off, BOGO 50% off etc.

Occasionally, these codes are sent out via our newsletter or available promotional content on our social media presence. Be sure to subscribe and follow us to never miss a deal!

If you don't have an account, create one at checkout.

Log into you account and click "My Orders", you will see all of your orders placed and its current status.

However if your order has been already processed you will not be able to. Simply place another order.

NB: For cancellations
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, therefore a cancellation must be done within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
If an order is processed and cancelled before shipment, a transaction fee 25% of the order total is charged. The balance of the order is refunded.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Please see below for returns policy.

In order to avoid potential problems in the clearance of your merchandise, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with policies and procedures prior to actually purchasing your goods. You should also be aware of any entry requirements specific to the particular commodity you are importing, including those of other federal agencies.

  • You are required to know your own country's taxes and laws.
  • You may require a permit, license, or other certification; depending on the commodity that is being purchased, therefore you are responsible for acquiring appropriate documentation.
  • If certain items are illegal to import into your country, you are liable to any legal issues that may arise.
  • You are responsible for paying any fees due upon arrival; these may include warehouse fees, Customs and Duties, Taxes etc.

Amalgamated Security Services Limited is not responsible for permits, licenses, charges, fees or legal issues that may arise from the purchase of goods from our ASSL Store that is brought into your country. Your order will not be refunded for items seized in your country.

QUOTATIONS

Request for Quotations can be placed for items listed without prices as well as large order quantities.

For large order quantities, click "add to quote", enter the quantity. Leave a note for us or ask any questions and click submit.

We will then provide a quotation proposal with the prices inclusive of shipping charges. You can either accept or reject the quotation and checkout.

BILLING

First please check carefully and make sure that you are entering all of your address information correctly.

Billing address that you enter must match the address that is on your credit card statement. Another possible reason is that you may not have entered the CSC/CVV code correctly.

The CSC/CVV code is on the back of the card and is the very last 3 digits on the signature line (as shown below).

This ensures that personal information and payment information (credit card and other) are encrypted for your safety. NO Credit Card Information is saved or stored by ASSL Store.

After you've ensured you have entered all the information correctly including the CSC/CVC code and your card is still declined, you may need to check your credit card provider for more information. You can still continue with your order by selecting a different payment method such as Bank Payment.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Quality and customer satisfaction are two of the main pillars our success is built upon. We are working relentlessly to ensure each and every one of our products is fit for the purpose it is sold for and meets all applicable regulations and standards. If at the time you receive your product, it does not match the specifications it was sold under you may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund.

Please note that shipping / delivery charges are non-refundable.

We do not facilitate exchanges at this time.

Refunds are credited back to your credit card. If you paid by bank transfer, your refund will be processed within 10 - 12 business days.

You also have the option to ask for store credit instead of a refund. A store credit allows for it to be credited to your account in which you can use on future purchases.
