How to Place an Order

  3. When you're finished shopping, click on the cart 
  4. Create an account
  5. Enter a Billing and Shipping Address
  6. Select your Shipping Method
  7. Enter your Payment details
  8. Click "Confirm Order"

How to Request a Quotation (click here for tutorial)

  1. Enter the quantity
  2. Click "Add to Quote"
  3. At checkout, ask any questions or provide more details in the note section
  4. Continue the checkout process

Convert Quotation to Order

  1. Log into your account to view your quotation
  2. You will be able to see the status of your quotation
  3. Accept or Reject your quotation proposal
  4. Convert quotation to cart and checkout

Buyer’s (Customer) Responsibilities:

In order to avoid potential problems in the clearance of your merchandise, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with policies and procedures prior to actually purchasing your goods. You should also be aware of any entry requirements specific to the particular commodity you are importing, including those of other federal agencies.

  1. You are required to know your own country's taxes and laws.
  2. You may require a permit, license, or other certification; depending on the commodity that is being purchased, therefore you are responsible for acquiring appropriate documentation.
  3. If certain items are illegal to import into your country, you are liable to any legal issues that may arise.
  4. You are responsible for paying any fees due upon arrival; these may include warehouse fees, Customs and Duties, Taxes etc.

Amalgamated Security Services Limited is not responsible for permits, licenses, charges, fees or legal issues that may arise from the purchase of goods from our ASSL Store that is brought into your country. Your order will not be refunded for items seized in your country.

How to Cancel an Order


If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. It is imperative that you contact us within the 48 hours so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

If an order is processed and cancelled before shipment, a transaction fee 1% of the order total is charged. The balance of the order is refunded.


How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?

We will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you via email. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation from ASSL STORE, we may have already processed and/or shipped your order and are unable to cancel.


Too late to Cancel Order

If there’s no cancel button, your order has already processed and shipped.  Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Please see our returns policy.


What happens if my order has already shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. Alternatively, items may be returned within 60 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to ASSL STORE.

Why was my order cancelled without my permission?

ASSL STORE reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification via email with alternative options provided, if possible.

Please note that some of the reasons your order may be canceled are:

  • The ordered item cannot be shipped to you due to restrictions by the manufacturer to your country.
  • Additional information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner
  • The item has been discontinued or is no longer available

Are there any circumstances where an order cannot be cancelled?
