Shooting Range Booking

By booking, entering, or participating in any activity at the Indoor Shooting Range, you acknowledge and accept that the use, handling, and discharge of firearms are inherently hazardous activities that involve risks of serious injury, permanent disability, death, and damage to property. Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken solely at your own risk.
All participants are required to comply at all times with the Shooting Range’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Range Rules, Safety Protocols, and all verbal and written instructions issued by the Certified Range Safety Officers (RSOs), Certified Firearms Instructors, and authorized members of management. These procedures have been established to mitigate risk and ensure the safety of all persons on the range. Failure to comply with any safety requirement, range command, or lawful instruction may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the shooting session, removal from the premises without refund, and where appropriate, notification to the relevant authorities.

Participants who bring privately owned firearms onto the premises are solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally authorized to possess and use those firearms under all applicable laws and regulations. A valid Firearm User’s Employee Certificate (FUEC), Firearm User’s Licence, Firearm Dealer’s Licence, or other applicable firearm authorization must be produced upon request. The Shooting Range reserves the right to refuse entry, deny participation, or remove any individual who fails to satisfy legal requirements or whose conduct, condition, or behaviour is considered unsafe, negligent, reckless, or otherwise unsuitable.

No individual who is under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, intoxicating substances, or any prescription or non-prescription medication that may impair judgment, coordination, reaction time, or the safe handling of firearms will be permitted to enter or use the facility. Management reserves the absolute right to deny entry or terminate participation where impairment is suspected.

All firearms must remain unloaded, secured, and handled strictly in accordance with the Shooting Range’s Standard Operating Procedures until otherwise directed by a Certified Range Safety Officer or Certified Firearms Instructor. Participants are solely responsible for the lawful transportation, possession, handling, and storage of their firearms and ammunition before, during, and after their visit to the facility. The Shooting Range reserves the right to inspect any firearm, ammunition, magazine, or related equipment to verify compliance with applicable laws, range rules, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards. Any firearm, ammunition, or equipment determined to be unsafe, defective, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable may be refused for use on the range.

The Shooting Range, its owners, directors, officers, management, employees, instructors, Range Safety Officers, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, damage, or expense suffered by any participant or third party arising from or connected with the use of the facility, firearms, ammunition, equipment, or participation in shooting activities, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
